HELP!

Hey all you uber-crafty women out there. I'm in need of a little help. I'm currently attempting to up-cycle my favorite pair of jeans with a hole in the knee into a cute and flirty denim skirt. I like the A-line style that hits just below the knee. I've ripped out the seams and am ready to begin sewing. Do any of you know of a great tutorial on how to do the rest? I think I could figure it out on my own if I needed to, but I love the blog tutorials with pictures, they're so helpful for a beginning sewer like me. If you happen to know of one, I'd love a link. Thanks!

Here's what I found: haven't tried any of them but I think the second one looks the best. Good luck- let us know how it turns out.

I think diaryofacraftaholic.com has one and you could try youcanmakethis.blogspot.com, makeitandloveit.blogspot.com, or ucreate.blogspot.com I think all three of those last ones have a lot of sewing tutorials. I want to see how it turns out!

I would help but I don't think I could be of much help with my sewing machine still collecting dust in the box and not knowing how to sew. :) I'm going to Joann's tmr to purchase fabric to make as curtains and to be honest I am scared to death of ruining the fabric! We shall see! Can't wait to see your project completed!
